Stick with the Pronto. I have a TSU2000 and a NEO, along with 2 PDA's (including a 1910). The pronto hardware/software is the most compatible solution for IR. I love my iPAQ's but they just don't perform to the level of a Pronto when it comes to being a universal remote. I have a Yammie receiver as well and can tell you the Yamaha codes are very tricky for any pocket PC to handle. My Pronto's have NEVER failed to learn and transmit a code - granted, sometimes it takes a while or a little coaxing, but they get it done.
