Chris,
No cant do it in any TR, or any of the IR apps, you need to use the ccf editing progams, all downloadable for free. Either Pronto Edit 4 or Tonto. Best to get both.
Also look in the files section of this site, under Pronto stuff and documentation, you will find a few useful documents there describing how to understand the hex code, will give yo an idea of what to do to edit it.
