Steve -- that's a pretty subjective question. I'm sure the remote is 100% reliable in timing how long you press a button -- so it all depends on well the user operates it. Think of this: one of the hardest things for "non-technical" users to master is the mouse, and especially the "double-click". Too short, too long, clicking while moving... there's a lot of play, and even a PC can guess wrong at what they're trying to do.

For a remote, if I were the only one using it I'd probably load my config up with double-clicks, press or holds commands etc. But when that newbie factor comes in... I may not want too much in sensitive spots.
