Well I never thought I would hate a four-day weekend, but look what’s been going on. I am not sure where these accusations of defective product are coming from. To my knowledge, we have not been contacted by any of these people regarding problems with their T2’s.
From our latest production runs, we have had ZERO returns, the few problems people have had have been able to have been fixed over the phone or by e-mail.
From our pre-production run we only had four units that required service this was due to a minor RF antenna calibration issue. These four units were serviced and returned the same day we received them, and no unit has ever come back twice.

I can assure you that RTI engineering and quality control is thorough and un-compromising.
If you do have a problem, we will take care of you.
