Thanks for the input. Unfortunatly, it turns out that the Nak is the component that makes the problem go away when turned off, its also the one thats most important to control. As it turns out, I pulled the RTI and replaced it with a Niles IntelliControl. With 16db of attenuation inline with the antenna, I was able to knock the RFI down enough to get the remote to work. I originally tried this approach with the antenna on the IRF6, but the RFI seemed to bleed right through the casing of the unit.
