The RTI T2 is an awesome peice of hardware sold by a small company. It leads to having a product so in demand that it sort of runs away from you. I suspect that they are trying to make rapid changes in the makup and size of their company so as to keep up with their ideas.
I personally have only found problems with codes not IR strenght. I have even had the output from the T2 to be to high so as to reach IR repeaters it wasn't supposed to. That causes alot of problems. Have you ever tried to install a Crestron?? Just as much of a mess an more trouble shooting to get it to work.
