We are custom installers and have purchased over 100 RTI remotes in the last year. Of course, we have returned over 50 defective units that either did't work at all, had bad screens or the output was so low you might as well stick an IR repeater on the end of the T2. I have to say however, we've kept coming back for more grief because the software, although not perfect is really very good. Now, we can't even get them...the've been backordered since mid-november. Ultimately, the RTI T2 is a bad piece of hardware sold by a bad company.
