The main reason the T2C screen looks better is that it
has the same pixel resolution as the T2C in a smaller
footprint resulting in better light density and definition.
If the T3 were to look like that as well we would have
to resize (increase) all of our graphics to look the same
size on the increased resolution screen. This would be
helpful for channel icons, text rendering and detailed
graphics.
The screen improvement I'm talking about isn't resolution, but contrast, color brightness and lack of an obvious pixel structure.
We use exactly the same graphics on both as the screens are both 240x320.
The buttons *are* smaller on the T2C, but still very workable. And yes it's still better overall just due to packing the same pixels in a smaller screen, but the T3 I have in my hand is much better than what we used before.
