Managed to sort it, probably by luck. Tried unplugging while downloading and that didn't work, so I switched the T2C Off while downloading and then switched it back On, all finally came good.
I later spoke to Greg from RTI Controls who had emailed RTI and that ended up being their suggestion as well.
