Thanks alot. I spoke to RTI about it. They say it would work, but they don't reccomend it on their color products. Just going to do the CB4.

Those power supplies are 16vdc, but the terminal block
description for the RK3 lists 9vdc - 16vdc at the 16vdc
terminal. Using a PS16, they say it will power up to
four RK3's. That equates to 16vdc at 400mA per keypad.
I wouldn't use less than a 12vdc, 500mA, regulated power
supply.
It might just be easier to use the PS16.
