In my recent instance, it happened with a series of Please Wait pages.

Ie:

PleaseWait1
PleaseWait2
PleaseWait3
etc

These formed an animation.

When I added new pages "above" the animation pages in the page list, it got the animation pages mixed up.

...couple a thumb tacks and a stick of double sided tape should hold this baby up...
