Scott, To be sure it's not that old issue, try unplugging the panel for a minute. Then try the 950 codes. Wait, that may not tell us anything! Try the codes and if they don't work unplug the panel. Then try them again.
The issue with discrete on & off causing the panels to lock-up is a strange one. It doesn't happen often enough for us to recreate it but I'm tempted to think that the gap in the older files could be the issue. That is conjecture on my part but I may try to get an answer from across the sea. Typically the reply is that Pioneer remotes work just fine so don't bother me.
