Losing customers? It is called communication. I have made all of my customers aware of that "feature" before I even program it. I have not had one customer say it was annoying. In fact, I pointed it out to one while going through the programming, and she couldn't even hear it.

How long does it even last? Do you customers have a habit of rocking it back and forth? You will honestly use another brand remote because the tilt switch clicks? It that is the only thing you customers have to complain about you are in good shape.

I think this is a case of change. We, as installers, are not used to this so it is wrong.
Just my opinion, I could be wrong.
