Well, this is what they say in the press release, so I don't think you have to guess very much:
"The addition of wireless Ethernet and a built-in web browser allows the user to access web pages, IP-addressable devices and utilize IP control for web based integration applications."

I would hazard a guess that the T3-V should have the WiFi
capability..... If so, Ill be selling of my 1st gen T3
and going for that.
