I have a client that we installed a T2C for back in May. He was having problems that it would not wake up all the time. I had to reset it by turning the on-off switch on the inside to reset it. Kept happening, so I exchanged it for a brand new T2C. Now after about 5 weeks since I swapped it, he is having the same problem. Anyone else come across this problem?
