Yes I just called this morning. I have two M2's in use and they both eat batteries. I was less than pleased as they initially reported a bad batch, know they say to reduce backlight to 10 sec. and to only use the light button to turn on the light.

I have at least two hours in replacing these units and know they are asking me to spend more time to reprogram them! Will it work? I dout it!

No more M2's for me!
