I just did my first T2C. I am just verifying that the rattling sound, like something is broken and floating around in the bottom of the remote, is in fact the tilt switch?

Also, am I correct that even with the volume level set to the max, that the volume level is not that loud? I have some voice commands for the sources and even with the volume on max it is still very low even in a relatively quiet room.

JUst want to make sure nothing is wrong.
