Mark, I had a similar situation, because the 232 lets you call on preset volume commands, I made the customer a cheesy volume side bar that had basically Low, Med & High, which were respectively 15, 30 & 45... That was only a temporary volume issue since this was only for late night veiwing when his wife/kids were sleeping!
