Thats for sure, we took one out to a client and they loved it, Installed the system a couple days later, the next morning after we were done and they had a cahnce to use it they called and asked if we would do a few more..Kitchen, Master bed and guest bed..we stepped the guest bed and kitchen down to T1's as all they had were basic sat, dvd and TV so no need for the extra stuff...and this was thier old home, talking about having us come to the new house to rework the system and add remotes

all from showing them the remote and explaining what it would do for them
