I sell RTI and MX line of pc programed remotes, personally
I prefer RTI because the software blows the socks off
of the other company. Also I only sell color lcd remotes
because I have more flexibility with the user interface
which makes for happy clients.

An MX remote is only sold to budget minded customers.
For example for a simple 1 room configuration I would
not sell an an RTI M2 but an MX-810 instead. Anything
complex gets an RTI T2-C or higher.

Ditto here. I keep the MX850/900 for budget folks; the M2 would require a higher priced processor for RF, so the MX series is more budget oriented.

For a nicer remote try the T2c. If you can afford to carry one around and show to clients, it will sell itself in a heartbeat.
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.
