I'm new to RTI but I'm not new to remote programming my company just recently purchaced a M2 so I took it home to hammer on it the reason why we got the M2 is that it's similar in price to the MX-850

first thing i noticed is that there was no last channel hard button

second thing i noticed is after pressing the light button not only does the remote light up but it also hums

don't get me wrong I think I like rti's remotes and to be honest I'm trying to get away from home theater master remotes i found there tech support recently to be quite rude and unsupportive

so please sell me on rti let me know what you like and what you don't like
