If your client has a system like that then you have to sell them a better remote, like a T2C. But I have plenty of clients that have a cable box, tv, and dvd player and the T1 was perfect for them. Useless is not selling a remote because you don't like it and think that every client needs a remote that's at least $600. If your client has cable and sat then you should be able to get them into a T2C.
