WOW. OK, I get the point.

We are new to RTI and our two "go-to" remotes were going to be the M2 and T2-C. We've put in a few T2-C's, but only 1 M2. We haven't even gotten a T1 in our hands yet. We looked at the lineup, saw there was no screen on it and kinda passed it by and went onto the next model up.

For the older customer, I just thought the screen would be hard to read. Honestly, I didn't even realize the T1 was rechargeable.
