I just had a small revelation, as I sit here at 1:50 in the morning!

When I installed the XP8 in our store, I noticed something strange with the 232 volume commands on our VAUX unit. If I just put the command in the macro, it did something similar to what you guys are talking about (slow to respond, then races to catch up). If I put the command in the macro with the "repeat steps" command, it works fine. I can't say I noticed a difference from RP6 to XP8 because I had the VAUX running IR with the RP6.

Is it possible that it's just how your putting the string on the button? Rather than dragging and dropping the command onto the button, try putting it IN a macro, on the button. Try the above mentioned volume thing as well, see if it makes a difference.

I'm sorry if none of the above makes any sense... I'm laying awake, stressed out.
