when I saw your earlier post I tried to see if there was a difference using a T2C and an XP-8 Vs RP-6: seems generally about the same
there has been a firmware push on the HR21's from DirecTV that has slowed them down: could that be the difference? (I noticed they all slowed down: even some controlled by an RP-1 in another system)
