A few more interesting notes.
If I try to learn with the 2-Learn command, it does recognize the Sony HS10 remote on the first press, but then times out when learning the step 2. So it does see the HS10 IR OK, it just can't learn it in the 1-Learn mode.
Also, when I go to learn a command, some times the status says "failed to learn" immediately even before I press a button on the sending remote.
Weird.
