I've reset my remote several times to factory...recalibrated...etc...and it still activates buttons 2 and sometimes 3 "rows" higher and sometimes 1 column over...I discussed my button pressing technique with URC and i tried both the finger tip and then "soft part of my finger" and I basically have to aim at the bottom of each button and it still doesnt work properly..

Swapping my remote out for one with a newer O/S...hopefully that will remedy the problem. Thanks for all your help I will keep you guys updated.
