meh I hate being a burden on these guys...it is a wonderful remote and quite the step up from my Sony remote commander 3000 series...but this button thing is definitely driving me insane. I also called Magnolia and they offered to exchange it for a remote that was prob sitting in their warehouse since 2002 knowing my luck...I'll call on Monday I suppose.
