I'm having a problem effectively controlling a NAD T514 DVD player with an MX-850/MRF-250 setup. There are three systems throughout the house, each of which is experiencing the same problem. When I programmed the systems initially, I controlled everything through line of sight IR. Preprogrammed codes for the NAD worked perfectly as well as all other devices. When I convert the routing to RF, the NAD is the only device that I'm having trouble with. I tried learning the codes from the donor remotes, did not help. Checked the MRF-250 for interference, not detecting any. Status light is flashing when buttons are pressed on the DVD pages, but control is intermittent at best. Finally, while moving the emitter around the front window of the NAD, I found that if the emitter eye is spaced about 1" in front of the IR receiver the codes work again. I need to fix this ASAP as my customer is unhappy, I look like an amatuer, and most important I can't collect my final payment. Please help.
