why did you feel the need to create a new alias to ask me this? Actually it was the same post copied and pasted like 20 times :) Believe me they are well aware of our dissatisfaction. I was contacted by Eric Johnson and it is obvious that he is very passionate about his products. He went out of his way to assure me that what happened to me would never happen again. My whole issue was the lack of support I had received. And the lack of a follow up by their tech support. Eric has done what he could to make it up to us. I have used URC product with great results and while I have taken on the RTI line, they are considerably more when it is all said and done. URC has a great price point.
