One last thing....Check your device manager for an uknown device. If one exists, delete it. my guess is that your PC has labeled your remote an uknown device and everytime youe try to sync up it asks you what kind of relationship you want,
After deleting the uknown device (it will show up as a yellow question mark),
Star the editor, and then sync up the remote. Now try to perform a soft reset of the MX 3000, you basically will be reconnecting and may have to choose guest one last time... I hope this helps.
