If you get this message, "Found new Hardware" when you plug in your MX 3000, and your lazy like me and don't want to uninstall and re-install the editor software, try manually locating the USB Drivers.
Once you get the message, click on search manually and then the Browse Tab. You want to follow this file path: C Drive>Program Files>Universal Remote>MX 3000 Editor(or MX950 whichever your using)> USB, and then click OK.
Remember to keep the remote plugged in and have the editor open this whole time. Wait about thirty seconds for the connection to re-time and you should be good.
