No it wouldn't. If the codesets work in IR, they'll work
with RF, provided the RF works correctly.
You also may want to contact your dealer, they should
be able to give you live update software.
just called magnolia/best buy. they want 50 bucks just to put in the new codes. what crappy support for a thousand dollar remote.
