Check the rf id code on the MRF-300. Are there any people close to you that may have that kind of remote?

I have had 2 people that lived next to each other and they both had the same remote bought at 2 different shops, they had know idea what was going on. I got the calls about 20 min apart and I started to laugh after I looked at the house numbers. They had both went somewhere else to buy the remotes but they both came to me to fix there problems.
