I concur!
If you really like the button layout on your 700, go with the 850. If you like the button arrangement of the 900 better, it's a great remote, but will cost you more.
If you like the 850, you'll be able to load in your configuration very easily and carry on your way with a better overall remote than your 700, including RF if you ever need it, and the great backlighting.
