If I recall correctly, there is no way to do a COMPLETE reset. And if you could wipe the memory out (there is no mechanism for this) it would wipe out *everything* and it would still be useless, needing a reload of the program.

Chances are if that's what you need, you'll have to send it in to URC for them to reflash it.

Otherwise, there is a way to merely reset the configuration, but I can't remember off the top of my head.
