The RC16 is remote for the D10 sat receiver. To restore the Aud vol to the AV1 or AV2 device, do the following;
1. set it to AV1 or AV2, whichever has the Sony code.
2. press and hold SELECT & MUTE for two blinks
3. enter 9-9-3
4. press VOL DOWN.
