If you have a rc64 white directv remote, try code 11919 on the tv device.
If you have any other white directv remotes, try codes 21062, 20035, 20162, 20077, 20102, 20225, 20614, 20616, 21035, 21162, 21262, and 21807 on either AV1 or AV2 devices. If any power the combo using the middle power key (PWR) in that device, to get the volume and punch it through to all devices:
1. av1 or av2
2. press and hold MUTE & SELECT for two blinks
3. enter 9 9 3
4. press SELECT
If you have to use vcr code, then you have to abandon the tv device, and that includes the TV ON & OFF keys.
