Yes, my 151 has been upgraded, it fixed the copy protection flag problem. Someone on this forum was kind enough to email the firmware and pinouts for making the serial cable to me.

the ch 7-2 thing is just a minor irritation I noticed, not really a problem per se. I'll see if my TS160 exhibits the same problem when (if!) I get it back from samsung (unfortunately firmware on sir-ts160s are not pc upgradeble - buyer beware !! - especially Canadian buyers, where getting service means jumping thru a few more hoops)

NBC is rock solid for me, only stations I have problems with are CBC-English on ch20 (French service comes in just fine) and WBDT which I dont think many people can recieve (at least North of the border) given their low low power level. - Actually, just out of curiousity, I'd be interested to hear if the residents of Buffalo and surrounding areas can reliably recieve that station ?
