I didn't really expect the JP1 references to be understandable. I think finding the Pronto Hex you need here at RC will be easier than deriving it from the JP1 software. I just wanted to outline the JP1 approach as a fall back. You could find all of it explained in many threads here at RC if you do various searches on the right keywords.

You probably should check with the source from which you got the original Cinema7 based instructions to make sure you at least know which 3-digit EFC numbers you're trying to duplicate.
