I am using Windows XP with a serial DB9 cable and the remote is awake when I have tried it. I have doen this litterly hundreds of times. I am begining to usspect that the port is physically dead. It seems as though I saw a way to hook up the PRONTO via a USB connection but I am not sure where to get this cable. I hope locally at a computer store or something. Any suggestions?
