For some reason all of the sudden I am unable to communicate with my PRONTO TSU2000. All COM ports are active as per the ERROR message but the final error says "RC device not connected or not responding. I have tried replacing batteries and resetting and noting makes a differance. This is really frustrating becasuse now I have no way to change the remote. Yes I could go manual but I need to change some graphincs. Can anyone please offer a suggestion(s)
