What kind of heating system? Warm air, baseboard??

For warm air, you would need motorized dampers (this requires a professional to design the ducting system for balanced air throughput. The dampers are available at smarthome.com. A multizone HVAC controller would also be required (smarthome.com).

For baseboard heating, you would require heating relays to be able to switch the 240 volts. If setback is all you need, you might look at ConvectAir heaters with built-in networking allowing you to program setback from a central location.
