IR 543 will meet your needs. With it and your Pronto you will be able to turn off and on plus dim upto 16 differnet cirucits. You will of course have to download a CCF with the codes from the file section.

Lamp modules.. Plug them in and plug a lamp into it. Easy as that. On/Off plus dimming.

Overhead cam lights. A regular X10 swtich replacing your dimmer switch will provde on/off and dimming plus on and off from the switch.

Three way switch. Both HAVE to use X10 switches (master/Slave). You can not use regular switches with X10 switches

Overhead fan/light. It fan is controlled with a wall switch you can use an inductive dimmer module to turn fan on and off only.

Scene lighting. Scene lighting involve high quality switches that are programable. With these swiches each can be set to dim up or down at a certain rate (PCS switches up to 13 minutes)They can also be set up to come to a predetermed lighting level(without having to go to full bright first). Each switch in a circuit is programmed individually with its own base address. Then each switch is also assigned a scene address and number. All switches can then be controlled as programmed with one X10 command. I use PCS smartswtiches available from the same site as above. also,if interested go to http://www.pcslighting.com There are tons of post on the subject. Do a search for "scene" and "PCS"
