Ok all after about two months of bad customer service with my local blind store I now have a set of Hunter douglas shades setup with my X10 system. I ordered the Hunter Douglas shades with the "Powerise" system. This system normally uses a small handheld IR remote. However they do sell an infrared adapter that interfaces with the X10 system. The shade itself was around 400 for a large 5 foot by 7 foot window. The X10 stuff was fairly cheap. The only things required are a 2 way power interface available most places with x10 stuff that runs about 20 bucks. Then from Hunter Douglas there is a "X10 adapter with infrared transmitter" That ran about 50 bucks. The system works great. You can program the codes for up and down. The only thing I don't like is that you can't have the shade stop halfway using the x10 part, but you can with the remote.
