At around sterling 600 ($850 ish), the 2 that I have distilled out are the Denon 3802 and the Yamaha RXV1000 (now the 1200??). Any thoughts anyone? I can probably get the batter deal on the Denon, but would welcome objective comment or alternatives. They will be driving an existing JBL Control 1 5+1 rig (better centre speaker?), with the main L/R pair going via a JBL SB1 passive sub.
