As for the skip foward button, it does not exist on the
remote provided by Time Warner. With that in mind is
there any way to obtain the codes on line?

Some codes are not made active in certain markets. For example, the 30 second skip has been disabled in some markets and HD zoom (aspect) control is only available in a few markets.
