I just bought an Onkyo 676 with RC-392M remote. Following the instructions to the letter, I can't get it to "learn". Specifically, I press (and hold) the "CD" mode button, then press "Enter", and release both keys. This is supposed to get it into "learn" mode to accept codes from my CD remote.

The "Send/Learn" light goes on when I press and hold "CD", goes off when I press "Enter", but does not come back on when I release the buttons.

What am I doing wrong?
