LG seems to use a variety of different IR protocols (matching the IR signals of various NEC, Philips, and Samsung products).

The JP1 group's version or IrTool.exe (not the one at RemoteCentral) combined with DecodeIr.dll will give you the protocol name and device number(s) from Pronto Hex in the same terminology used by MakeHex.

Lacking that, my best guess based on what you posted is that your LG uses the NEC1 protocol, device 4. So use the NEC1.IRP file and set the device number (inside the .irp file) to 4.
