Set the software for the 5200 model prior to downloading anything, or connect the remote, upload and let it try to auto detect. You might also check the firmware that's on the remote (icon on the top center of screen) for a Marantz RC5200 the latest is: App v1.4.1 / Sys v1.3.2.
